I strongly encourage you to NOT use Berleth & Associates. They have consistently failed on communication, follow through, quality, and customer service. This is prevalent throughout the organization. I can say this because there have been multiple points of failures that I experienced with multiple employees. I had worked with 2 paralegals and 2 attorneys.

Derek L was the receiver on our civil case and I can actually say him and Robert (let me not forget Tristin that also works for Robert) did a terrible job of lying to us whenever we could get them on the phone to discuss our case in detail. Each attorney stories NEVER aligned which is why there’s so many concerns and confusion that has came about in the conclusion of our case. As professional individuals who own a credible business/brand we are completely dissatisfied with the how this case concluded and the fact that they abused their power to NOT look out for the best interest of their client which is us who trusted in their expertise. When everything settled on June 26, 2024, we were NEVER contacted about anything regarding the home that was sold to satisfy the judgment (RED FLAG) we had to keep up with this type of information on our own due us already losing trust in them based off of past conversations and their horrible communication skills about OUR case but we remained nice although we knew they broke ssa was playing in our MF face as if we are stupid and illiterate black people. It’s so much more we can say about their unprofessionalism and lies but we would exceed the amount of characters allowed for the review. One thing about it GOD sits high and he looks low. I wouldn’t believe them if they said the sky was blue I’ll still double check because they are some LYING mfs.
