Staying Away from the Courtroom. Proper planning and implementation can often avoid the courtroom. Outcomes are typically more favorable when attorneys are involved early in a relationship or business matter, when there is not a dispute between parties. If a dispute arises, a properly devised plan will address how to deal with such a situation. Our experience has shown that having an attorney involved with your estate plan and business planning can add tremendous economic value, in addition to reducing the emotional toil, stress, and time consumption of a lawsuit. Inside the Courtroom. There are times that no amount of planning can avoid a dispute. In such circumstances, we follow the Abraham Lincoln approach: “Discourage litigation – Persuade your neighbors to compromise whenever you can – Point out to them how the nominal winner is often the real loser, in fees, expenses, and waste of time – As a peace-maker, the lawyer has a superior opportunity of being a good man.” While we believe it is in everyone’s best interest to avoid litigation and peaceably resolve disputes, sometimes that’s not possible. In those unusual circumstances, we will work with you to develop a litigation strategy that works for you and your budget. If and when we go to court, we will strive to exceed your expectations.

Brad was highly recommended by our trusted financial advisor. He helped us confidently decide between establishing a trust versus a will for our children. He also helped us get rid of a timeshare!! We thought we would be stuck with this timeshare forever and that it would be passed onto our children as a burden. We have even been scammed in the past with a company that would've supposedly sell our timeshare off within a few months (and of course, we paid upfront). With Brad's guidance, we never have to worry about a timeshare ever again! He goes above and beyond, even though he does not specialize in timeshares etc. We are very grateful for Brad as our family's future is much more secure now!
