Proud Veteran5 StarThank you for all that you and your staff do Kristi! For the people that read reviews, after filing for SSDI, being denied, filing an appeal, and being denied, I decided to get representation. I was directed to Kirisi and from day one her and her staff kept me in the loop on what was going on, the info and paperwork I needed to send, etc... she called me 30 minutes before my hearing on the phone with a ALJ, told me it could take up to 45 minutes. Within 10 minutes we were done with the judge issuing a favorable decision. This kind lady does her job and she does it well even under adverse conditions! (Day of hearing she was without power and internet due to hurricane Beryl!) She never missed a stroke. I know there are some that will think that I'm just giving a rave review because my case was victorious. Not the case. Had we lost, Kristi put her best foot forward, she should be recognized for doing her Job professionally, friendly, and respectfully. Thank you Ma'am!Thursday 11th July 2024

The challenging road of dealing with disability is stressful enough without having to deal with SSI Disability, and the many denials and appeals being denied causes more mental stress that those in need of the help shouldn't have to go through. The associates at Kristi Ward Stephens, Attorney-at-law, were like superheroes fighting off that stress and patiently dealing with a frantic client. They were easy to contact with any of my questions and quick to give me easily understandable explanations of procedures to come. Kristi had me feeling calmer and more at ease by the time the hearing came.

Emar B.5 StarHi Zoe here, I fought for help for my kid since 2017 and got his actual diagnose in 2021. I was giving up on everything, ready to throw in the towel because I got denied so many times. The last denial letter I received gave me a list of representatives and I decided to try again. I ask God just lead me in the right direction on who to choose because I was tired of losing. I called the 1st 2 & they all gave me the run around or no one was in at the moment to at least hear my case. I skipped down to the second to last on the list and I knew God guided me & God touch Mrs. Kristi and her team's heart to take my case. It was an immediate response and things took off that day. I fought for 6 years and she fought and WON my case within 6 months. Rex Brewer1 StarI had deep reservations about hiring this attorney in the first place. She was very rude and condescending the limited times I actually spoke with her. She woke me up one morning screaming at me on the phone yelling at me telling me I am not disabled! I had only briefly spoke to her in the past. She has too many cases and does not take the time to help. She is overwhelmed in my opinion and it shows. In the end she dropped me as a client via a letter after loosing the first hearing. Now I have to find a new lawyer. I would not recommend this attorney, and will be following up with an official complaint. Very unprofessional.

Multiple attorneys have reviewed my case and several including yourself at one point agreed I am disabled. Or why did you take the case in the first place?
