My case was quite odd as I was hit head on while riding my bicycle by another cyclist. It was so crazy that while I was sitting on the ground with a broken collarbone and contusions I asked the man if he was the one that hit me. He replied that it was him and he was sorry he wasn't paying attention. I spent the afternoon in the ER then had surgery a week later. In between the accident and surgery I got in contact with Patrick O'Hara to ask if I had a case since it was a negligent cyclist that hit me. He said we did have a case. Patrick and Esther made this so easy. Everything was done online or via phone. O'Hara law firm really took care of me and kept me up to date with any news on the case. Patrick was able to negotiate far more money than I ever thought possible in a very short window. I had my settlement check after only 4 months. We did go to mediation and that's when I got to see Patrick in action. He is really good at what he does, very good! I am amazed at how easily this all happened in such a short time frame and would recommend O'Hara law firm to everyone! In closing, huge thank you to Patrick and Esther for making this so easy for me. (I asked Esther if she could mail the check? She asked if I really wanted a check this big to mailed?) The service I received was good, but unless there is insurance to pursue, he won't take your case. Disappointing, but I'm getting the impression that most attorneys will not pursue responsible parties without an insurance claim. Reply to Owner: I'm seeing your reply to my Google review. I appreciate that poor reviews are disappointing, but please try to appreciate my situation. Your assistant returned my call stating that there was nothing that could be done because there was no insurance to pursue and "sorry." This was the entirety of the information I was given, so without further explanation, it follows that this was the sole reason you chose not to take my case. If there was additional information for the rationale to turn down the case, it was not provided to me. I don't know how you know that the dog owners do not have more than $100,000 in assets, nor do I understand how you concluded that the apartment complex where this occurred is not culpable for any damages incurred. I'm sorry you feel this rating does not reflect "the respect and honest explanation" you claim you gave me, but the honest explanation you provided does not reflect respect in itself. My rating is my experience with your business and is nothing more.

I am very satisfied with the service that O'Hara law firm provided me with. They were very good with the communication about my case. If I called, they would always called me back, there was never long wait times. Esther and every one else in the team was very kind and responsive to emails and calls. Overall they were very professional in the way they handled my case and I am very fortunate and thankful that I got them on my side.
