She cared about what I wanted and answered all questions I had, rather than just wanting to get the case closed like some lawyers. She was also very available and quick to respond. She even talked to me on the phone while in the car with her family going on vacation! I never once had a situation where she was not available, and she even responded to texts from me outside of her office hours. With her as my lawyer, I felt much more comfortable with my situation and I barely had to do anything! She was very transparent with the cost up front, and she let me know of any possible extra charges.
